Price Disclaimer
Safari rates vary depending on the travel season.
High Season (January – March): Prices are moderately high.
Low Season (April – mid-June & November – early December): Prices are significantly lower.
Peak Season (mid-June – October): Ideal for witnessing the Great Migration. Highest demand, hence premium pricing.
Festive Season (mid-December – early January): Includes Christmas and New Year holidays. Prices are at a premium due to high demand and limited availability.
The number of travelers directly affects the cost of road safaris.
The larger the group, the more cost-effective the safari becomes due to shared vehicle and guide.
Fly-in safaris (by light aircraft) usually have fixed rates and are not influenced by group size.
Your choice of accommodation style significantly impacts the overall safari cost. We offer a range of options to suit different budgets:
Ultra-Luxury: From $1,000+ per person, per night.
Luxury: $600 – $1,000 per person, per night.
Mid-Range: $250 – $600 per person, per night.
Budget: Below $250 per person, per night.
Accommodation rates depend on room setup and the number of occupants:
Double/Twin Occupancy: Rate per person based on two people sharing a room.
Single Occupancy: A single traveler using a room alone will incur a higher rate due to unshared costs. Not applicable in some seasons depending on accommodation.
Triple Occupancy: Rate is adjusted for three people sharing a room; often lower per person.
Family Rooms: Customized rates apply depending on the number of occupants and ages of children.
From time to time, we provide promotional offers which may impact overall pricing. These offers are subject to availability and specific terms, such as:
Pay 3, Stay 4: Bonus night offers available during select seasons.
Honeymoon Discounts: Special rates for couples (proof of recent marriage may be required).
Birthday Specials: Available for select age groups or occasions (with ID verification).
Note: Offers cannot always be combined with other discounts and may be limited to specific properties or travel windows.
Age-based pricing helps accommodate families:
0 – 2 years: Travel free of charge (may share a room with adults).
3 – 11 years: Eligible for discounted child rates when sharing with adults.
12 – 17 years: Teen rate may apply, slightly lower than adult pricing, depending on the accommodation.
18 years and above: Considered adults and charged at the full adult rate.
Note: Age policies and child rates vary between lodges and camps. Some ultra-luxury properties may have age restrictions or offer family-friendly alternatives.
